YOUNG CHILDREN’S PROGRAM
For Ages 2.5 - 6
The Children’s Program is designed to awaken and nurture a love of movement and dance in a non-competitive environment. At the same time, it introduces rhythm, song, and sound as a catalyst for movement and expression.
Dance, musicality, and expression go hand in hand; each helps the other. From the moment students take the first step into class, they are encouraged to understand the relationship between dance, musicality, and expression thereby setting the foundation from which their creativity can grow.
They can reach their full potential at any level and can become performers and creators of dance at any age. The children are given performance opportunities that are appropriate for each age level: in-class, small presentations and at our year-end show, The Let’s Dance Festival.
Classes are taught by highly qualified teachers and specialists in the field of dance. Our class sizes are capped to ensure that each student receives the attention needed to ensure progress and safe development.
