Please note 2023-24 schedule is subject to change depending on sufficient enrollment. All classes are in-person. All ages are suggested ages. Should you need guidance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Fee, Attendance, Refund policies

Same policies you need to agree before enrolling for your courses on the portal online. You can access them here beforehand. Please read them carefully as they are updated. They explain how discounts, payments, refunds etc work and what are our exceptions for this year.

PLEASE NOTE:

Most of our classes are for registering year-around, meaning 36 weeks starting on September 9, 2023 until June 16, 2024. You can enroll anytime as the fee will always be prorated (until May 2024). You have options to pay in full, in 2 installments or 4 installments and all packages and discounts are applicable as stated on the policies document. Registration and payments for our Adult Ballet and toddler classes work differently and are outlined on the policies document above as well. You can also read detailed information about each class and suggested combinations on the parent portal when you are browsing the classes.

Nutcracker:

Any of our students who are 8 years old and up, and taking 2 or more ballet classes/week are eligible to audition for Nutcracker. Everyone who auditions gets a part! It’s never too late to enroll! Nutcracker rehearsals generally take place on Saturdays & Sundays, and are offered to current students via one-time audition ($20) and participation & performance fee ($120 total). Pia Bouman School's Nutcracker is a highly acclaimed seasonal production. Two ballet classes/week for the full school year is a must as it demonstrates commitment and a love of classical ballet and storytelling.

Any class can be arranged private ($80/hr) or semi-private ($40/hr) with the teacher any time.

BRIEF INFO ON PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are three payment options:

1) Payment in Full (36 weeks): Receive 5% Early Bird discount for payments before August 21.

2) Payment by 2 Installments: Available for registrants until February 2024 - No Discount

3) Payment by 4 Installments: Available for registrants until November 2023 - No Discount

Classes missed can be made up on a similar level.

Selecting Payment Options in Parent Portal:

Please make sure to select if you would like to “Pay in Full”, “In 2 Installments” or “In 4 Installments” when you are logged in to your Parent Portal account. This can be easily done by clicking on the “E-Payment Schedule” when under “Billing & Payments”. On the same page, please also make sure to add/update your credit card info through “Saved Payment Methods”. Your card will be charged manually on our end after that, following applicable discounts (if any).
Trial students will be charged after confirmation.

USEFUL TIP: First-class-free-trials!

You can sign up for classes at any time throughout the year. Our cut off time for registering in new classes and for trials is the beginning of May. Total fee will always be prorated depending on when you sign up for the classes. Our 2023-24 school year ends on June 16th.
